On a long-standing site operated by the ID Logistics group, we were commissioned to develop a new ‘CAMPUS’ concept, a new-generation warehouse requested by the client. The warehouse has an array of additional features, including sports fields, an eco-centre, a fitness trail, vegetable gardens, co-working areas, and a forest walk. Site employees have privileged access to all of these amenities, but they are also open to local residents. This ambitious project, for which planning permission has been granted, is scheduled for handover in 2026.
