SEMMARIS – D0m Building

D0m is a logistics building in Chevilly-Larue (94550), between Avenue de la Villette and the north ring-road of Rungis wholesale market.
It is a low-temperature (2/4°C) storage building designed to house market operators providing either delivery services (last-mile logistics) or complete service activities for fresh products of all types.
The various leaseholders are divided between four separate units covering a total area of 6,200 m² on the ground floor, with a further 875 m² of mezzanine-level (first-floor) offices. The plot also features 800 m² of landscaped grounds, and 30% of the roof is compatible with the installation of solar panels.
