L'Aurelia serviced retirement complex

The Aurelia serviced retirement complex is located at 5, Avenue de Roquerousse in Maussane-Les-Alpilles.
The project consists in creating 40 housing units (thirty-five studios and five 1-bed) on three levels, for elderly people.
Some services (e.g. the kitchen) will be pooled with the existing care home. A dining room will be fitted out within the complex, including a kitchenette and communal amenities. A 26-space outdoor car park will also be created.
