ID LOGISTICS Saint-Caradec

On a steeply sloping site close to a wind turbine, ID Logistics wished to develop a warehouse project with a view to centralising all the storage activities of the Leroy Merlin group in Brittany. This 50,000 m² facility, fitted with cladding sheets supplied by a local company less than 1 km away, follows the complex lie of the land as closely as possible and respects the area around the wind turbine in which all construction is prohibited. The offices are finished with rust-effect cladding and the top floor features an attractive terrace sheltered by a pergola.
