The Artelia Group owns a 6 hectare plot of land at 6 rue de Lorraine, close to the railway station hub in Echirolles (Isère).
The site currently houses an office building, hitherto the head office of Artelia Eau & Environnement.
As part of a scheme to develop this land, the Group’s Executive Management has initiated a major redevelopment programme in collaboration with the Grenoble-Alpes metropolitan area authority and Echirolles municipal council.
The present application concerns planning permission for the first of three buildings to be built in the long term on plot AH57 owned by the Artelia Group asset management company, SPGA - a long, narrow plot on the south part of the divided-up site.
